Meridian’s founder and director, Victoria Baird, brings over 30 years experience in the private and public sectors to directing Meridian’s activities and projects.

Meridian Development Foundation is the not-for-profit division of Meridian Group International, Inc. and is a registered 501-c-3 tax exempt organization. Meridian Group International, Ltd., is a limited partnership based in the UK. All divisions of Meridian share the same mission statement.
